Description

2094-BC01-M01-S is a Kinetix 6000 integrated axis module combining converter and inverter sections within a modular multi-axis servo system. The 400V-class module supplies DC bus power and controls a connected servo axis.

The module accepts three-phase AC input within a specified range of 324 to 528 Vrms. Its nominal AC input ratings are 360V AC and 480V AC. The converter section provides 6 kW of continuous output power to the DC bus. The inverter section provides 9 A of continuous output current.

An integrated SERCOS interface supports fiber-optic communication in linear or ring network topologies. Compatible interface devices include the 1756-MxxSE ControlLogix module, 1768-M04SE CompactLogix module, and 1784-PM16SE PCI communication card.

The drive receives feedback signals from compatible rotary motors, linear motors, and linear actuators. Supported motor families include Kinetix MP, Kinetix TL/TLY, Kinetix RDB, 1326AB, and F-Series motors. Supported linear products include LDC-Series and LDL-Series motors and LDAT-Series linear actuators.

Integrated Safe Torque-Off functionality prevents motor torque production after the safety circuit is tripped. The module mounts directly on a Kinetix power rail for installation within a multi-axis drive assembly.
