Product Description

Description

The 2094-BM02-S is a 460V AM axis module that provides inverter output for one servo axis within a Kinetix 6000 Multi-axis Servo Drive system. It receives 650V DC nominal bus power through a compatible Bulletin 2094 power rail and supplies controlled motor power for coordinated motion applications.

The module delivers 10.3 A continuous current rms and 6.6 kW nominal continuous output power. Its control performance includes a 500 Hz velocity-loop bandwidth, 1300 Hz current-loop bandwidth, and 4 kHz PWM frequency. Bandwidth values depend on tuning parameters and connected mechanical components.

The 2094-BM02-S supports standard and Peak-enhanced operation. Series B modules can reach 250 percent of continuous inverter current when Peak Enhancement is correctly configured. This operating mode requires RSLogix 5000 software version 16 and drive firmware revision 1.111 or later.

The module installs in one inverter slot on a compatible Bulletin 2094 power rail. The associated inverter connector set supports motor power, motor or resistive brake, safe-off, and SERCOS fiber-optic cable connector mounting.

Features

  • Operates as an AM inverter module within a multi-axis drive assembly
  • Supports standard and Peak-enhanced operating modes
  • Series B Peak Enhancement is configurable through DriveExplorer or RSLogix 5000 software
  • Includes safe-off functionality
  • Mounts directly on a Bulletin 2094 power rail
  • Requires one inverter slot
  • Compatible replacement inverter connector set: 2094-XNINV-1
  • Connector set supports motor power, brake, safe-off, and SERCOS cable mounting

Applications

  • Coordinated multi-axis machinery
  • Packaging and converting equipment
  • Automated assembly systems
  • Material handling machinery
  • Printing equipment
  • Servo-controlled conveyors
  • Machine tool feed axes
  • Industrial positioning systems
