The core technology driving the CP2921-0010 is the CP-Link 4 interface, also known as the One Cable Display Link. This specialized communication technology permits the remote installation of the Control Panel up to 100 meters away from the Industrial PC (IPC). Utilizing a standard Cat.6A cable, CP-Link 4 consolidates DVI video signals, USB 2.0 data (operating at 100 Mbit/s), and 24 V DC power transmission into a single physical connection. Depending on the selected transmitter module, the Control Panel can either be powered directly through the CP-Link 4 line or supplied via an external, local 24 V DC power source.
