Description

21504-00-32-10-02: 7200 series 8 mm standard mount proximity probe with 0.0 inch unthreaded length (Option 00), 3.2 inch case length (Option 32), 1.0 meter total lead length (Option 10), and miniature male coaxial connector (Option 02). This transducer is an eddy-current displacement sensor used for non-contacting measurements of shaft vibration and axial position on rotating machinery.

As part of the 7200 proximity transducer system, this 8 mm probe works in conjunction with a compatible Proximitor sensor and extension cable to provide a calibrated linear range of 80 mils (2.0 mm). The probe construction utilizes polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), making it suitable for demanding industrial environments including steam and gas turbines, compressors, and centrifuges. This specific configuration features a 3/8-24 UNF thread.

Installation Guidelines

Utilize standard Bently Nevada 7200 series extension cables if total system length requirements exceed the integral lead length.
