Unlike the unarmored 330101 series, the 330102 configuration provides robust mechanical protection for the cable via flexible stainless steel armor, preventing mechanical abrasion and cutting in demanding environments. Additionally, the Option 01 connector type includes a pre-installed fluorosilicone connector protector to guard the coaxial connection against fluid ingress, which distinguishes it from the standard Option 02 click-type connector that lacks this shield. Installation Guidelines

• Avoid over-tightening the probe case; the maximum length of thread engagement for 3/8-24 UNF-2A threads is 0.563 inches (14.3 mm).
• Ensure ClickLoc connectors are kept clean and free from contamination. Slide the pre-installed connector protector over the coaxial connection to prevent fluid ingress.
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25 mm (1.0 inch) for the armored coaxial cable to avoid crimping.
• Set the initial probe gap to approximately -9 Vdc (typically 1.27 mm or 50 mils) when using an AISI 4140 steel target for radial vibration measurements.
