The sensor utilizes non-contacting eddy-current technology to measure physical displacement or vibration on fluid-film bearing machines, transmitting dynamic and static shaft measurements to a companion Proximitor sensor.

Unlike sibling model 330104, which includes stainless steel armor for mechanical protection, the 330103 model is unarmored, offering maximum installation flexibility in clean conduit or protective pathways. Installation Guidelines

Ensure correct thread engagement when installing the probe in the machine housing. For M10 x 1 threads, the maximum rated torque is 22.6 N-m (200 in-lbf) and the recommended installation torque is 7.5 N-m (66 in-lbf). Maintain a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) to prevent coaxial insulation breakdown. Clean the ClickLoc connector contacts with isopropyl alcohol before mating, and secure with finger tightness.
