Installation Guidelines

• Maintain proper side-view clearance around the probe tip to prevent false gapping and target-sensing interference.
• Secure the threaded body using a standard thread engagement limit up to 15 mm maximum for M10x1 threads to avoid binding.
• Ensure the probe is properly gapped using a voltmeter at the Proximitor sensor output (typically -9.0 Vdc to -11.0 Vdc, equivalent to approximately 1.27 mm or 50 mils gap).
• Protect the ClickLoc coaxial connector from moisture, dust, and turbine oil; do not route the probe cable where it is subject to severe abrasion or pinching.
