Installation Guidelines

• Verify that the unthreaded length (50 mm) is at least 20 mm less than the case length (100 mm) to avoid interference with the mounting structure.
• Maintain proper clearance of at least 15 mm around the probe tip to prevent cross-talk or target influence from surrounding metal surfaces.
• Recommended gap setting for radial vibration is -9 Vdc (approximately 1.27 mm or 50 mils) corresponding to the midpoint of the linear range.
• Do not exceed the maximum thread engagement length of 15 mm during installation to prevent binding or thread damage.
• Route the armored integral cable carefully, maintaining a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) to prevent damage to the FEP jacket and inner conductors.
• Hand-tighten the ClickLoc coaxial connector to finger tight; do not use pliers unless pairing with older non-XL connectors where a 1/8 turn is recommended.
