Description

The Honeywell TK-FFIF01 (part number 51403420-275) is a conformally coated CIOM-A Fieldbus Interface Module (FIM2) designed for the Experion Process Knowledge System (PKS). The TK-FFIF01 double-width chassis-based module installs directly into an Experion C200 Controller rack or a remote I/O chassis rack to deliver high-capacity FOUNDATION Fieldbus integration. It supports two (2) H1 Fieldbus networks running at 31.25 kbps, enabling transparent, system-wide access to device data, control signals, diagnostics, and alarms without single points of failure.

Features

  • Double slot-width module design compatible with Experion C200 Controller racks and remote I/O chassis racks.
  • Supports two (2) H1 FOUNDATION Fieldbus networks operating at 31.25 kbps.
  • High-capacity architecture providing direct integration of data access, control, connections, diagnostics, and alarms.
  • Conformal coating protection for enhanced durability in harsh industrial operating environments.
  • Full support for Link Active Schedule (LAS) and Backup LAS capabilities to maintain link availability during module disruption or removal.
  • Compatible with non-redundant and redundant configurations using the Redundancy Module (RM).

Applications

  • Experion PKS C200 Controller system integration
  • Process automation in chemical plants, oil and gas refineries, and offshore/onshore platforms
  • Power generation boilers and pilot plant operations
  • Pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing fieldbus device networks
