Description

Designed for high-performance motion applications within the MELSEC-Q Series platform, the QD70D8 provides precise, multi-axis control capabilities directly from the programmable controller backplane. This high-density positioning module supports up to 8 independent axes, enabling point-to-point (PTP) trajectory control and speed-to-position switching without requiring extensive external coprocessing. Utilizing a differential driver output, it ensures high noise immunity and stable pulse train transmission over distances up to 10 meters.

The module integrates seamlessly with standard servo drives and stepper motor amplifiers. With a rapid startup response, it is engineered for operations requiring synchronous or highly responsive multi-axis coordinate movements. By executing position control directly through pulse commands, this module simplifies complex wiring and reduces load on the main CPU.

  • Cooling: Ensure the ventilation slots on the top and bottom of the module are free from obstruction to maintain appropriate operating temperatures within the enclosure.
