Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Secure the device using the standard rear-wall mounting sheet. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and stable. Optional side-wall or DIN rail mounting kits must be used in accordance with Beckhoff specifications.
• Cooling & Clearance: To maintain passive thermal dissipation, a minimum free space of 5 cm (2 inches) is strictly required above and below the PC. Do not block the air circulation path around the cooling plate.
• Power Connection: Connect to a stabilized 24 V DC power supply. Ensure proper grounding of the housing to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and protect internal components.
• Environmental Conditions: Operate only within the specified temperature range of 0 to 55 degC. Avoid installation in environments with high humidity, conductive dust, or corrosive gases.
