By housing a 3.5-inch motherboard with integrated EtherCAT and Ethernet connectivity, this hardware serves as an efficient system for small to medium-sized machine control and visualization tasks.

The engineering of the CP2624-0000 prioritizes durability in harsh industrial environments. It features an IP65 protection rating on the front panel and an IP20 rating on the rear. The fanless design relies on passive cooling, significantly reducing maintenance intervals and increasing overall system uptime. Equipped with 128 KB of non-volatile NOVRAM, the controller ensures critical process data is preserved safely during unexpected power loss events without requiring external battery buffering.

Installation Guidelines

To ensure optimal thermal management, mount the panel in a vertical orientation within the control cabinet cutout. Allow at least 50 mm of free ventilation space above and below the device housing. Ground the panel frame directly to the control cabinet's common ground bus via the grounding terminal on the backplane to minimize electromagnetic interference. Ensure that the seal of the front plate is seated properly in the cabinet cutout to maintain IP65 front protection.
