Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Verify the panel cutout dimensions match the IPC 477E installation requirements. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and can support the weight of the unit.
2. 2 De-energize the main control cabinet and apply appropriate LOTO procedures before beginning installation. Verify the absence of voltage.
3. 3 Carefully insert the Panel PC into the prepared cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clips, tightening them evenly to ensure a proper seal.
4. 4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated power terminal. Ensure correct polarity is observed (+ to +, - to -). Connect the functional earth (FE) terminal to the cabinet's ground reference.
5. 5 Connect Ethernet cables to the appropriate IE/PN or standard LAN ports. Connect any required USB peripherals to the rear ports.
6. 6 After verifying all connections are secure, remove LOTO devices and re-energize the cabinet. Power on the Panel PC and proceed with system configuration.
