Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Ensure all power sources to the control panel or enclosure are de-energized and locked out before beginning installation. Verify the absence of voltage.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the device's mechanical specifications. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris to maintain the intended IP rating.
3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps. Tighten the clamps evenly in a cross-pattern to ensure a uniform seal.
4. 4 Connect a protective earth (PE) conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the Panel PC chassis. This is a critical safety connection.
5. 5 Connect the 115-230V AC power supply using the provided mains cable to a properly rated and protected power source.
6. 6 Connect all required communication and peripheral cables (e.g., Ethernet, USB, serial) to their respective ports.
