Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Verify that the control cabinet is de-energized and locked out (LOTO) before beginning work. Confirm zero-energy state with a calibrated voltmeter.
2. 2 Prepare the panel cutout according to the manufacturer's dimensional drawings. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and rigid.
3. 3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the specified torque to ensure a proper seal.
4. 4 Connect the functional earth (FE) or protective earth (PE) terminal on the PC chassis to the cabinet's main ground bus using a low-impedance conductor.
5. 5 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated power input terminals. Ensure correct polarity is observed. Use appropriately sized wiring for the load.
6. 6 Connect Ethernet, USB, and any other required peripheral cables. Route cables to prevent strain and interference. Use shielded cables for communication lines where specified.
