Installation Guidelines

1.  1 Ensure the control cabinet or panel is de-energized and locked out (LOTO) before beginning installation.
2.  2 Verify the mounting cutout dimensions in the panel. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, flat, and free of debris to ensure a proper seal.
3.  3 Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting clamps, tightening them evenly to the manufacturer's specified torque.
4.  4 Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the designated power terminal. Verify correct polarity (+/-) before connecting. Use appropriately gauged wiring for the load.
5.  5 Establish a low-impedance protective earth (PE) connection to the dedicated grounding point on the IPC chassis for safety and noise immunity.
