Installation Guidelines

1. 1 Verify Panel Cutout: Ensure the mounting cutout in the enclosure panel matches the dimensions specified for the IPC 477D 12" model. Deburr any sharp edges.
2. 2 Mount the Unit: Insert the Panel PC into the cutout from the front of the enclosure. Ensure the front bezel gasket is properly seated against the panel surface to maintain the IP rating.
3. 3 Secure Mounting Clips: From the rear, install all provided mounting clips into their designated slots. Tighten the screws evenly in a cross-pattern until the unit is securely fastened. Do not overtighten.
4. 4 Connect Protective Earth (PE): Connect a low-impedance protective earth conductor to the designated grounding terminal on the IPC chassis. This is critical for safety and noise immunity.
5. 5 Connect Power Supply: Connect the 24 V DC power source to the power input terminal block. Verify correct polarity (+/-) before connecting. Use appropriately gauged wiring for the load.
