Description

The Bently Nevada 3500/91-01-01-01 161204-01+161216-01 is an Ethernet Global Data (EGD) communication gateway module that provides comprehensive communication capabilities for 3500 rack-monitored values and status. It offers an Ethernet network path with response times suitable for controller applications and integrates seamlessly with EGD protocol-compatible controllers. The assembly consists of the 3500/91 EGD Gateway Main Module (161204-01) and the Ethernet 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX I/O Module (161216-01).

  • Software & Hardware Requirements: Requires Version 3.70 or higher of 3500 Rack Configuration Software and a 3500/22M TDI module to communicate with monitor modules.
  • Firmware Requirements: Requires Version 1.20 or higher of TDI (3500/22M) firmware. For consumed exchange support, Version 2.21 or higher of 4-Channel firmware is required.
  • Rack Limitation: Only 1 EGD module is allowed per 3500 rack.
  • Slot Mounting: Mount the main module into 1 full-height front slot and the corresponding I/O module into the matching full-height rear slot.
