Description

The Mitsubishi GU-D15 (also designated by part number 80173-110-02) is a gate commutated thyristor board sub-assembly designed for high-power industrial converter systems. This thyristor board interfaces with and drives a 1500 A Symmetrical Gate-Commutated Thyristor (SGCT) or Integrated Gate-Commutated Thyristor (IGCT) module assembly.
