Installation Guidelines

1. Ensure the installation cutout matches the exact physical dimensions of the Panel PC housing.
2. Verify that the primary power supply is completely de-energized and locked out before starting work.
3. Insert the Panel PC into the mounting cutout from the front side.
4. Engage and tighten the integrated pull-out clamping levers from the rear to secure the device without excessive mechanical strain on the bezel.
5. Connect the functional earth connection to a low-impedance grounding terminal.
6. Connect the 24 V DC power supply wiring to the designated power connector.
7. Attach the Ethernet, display, and serial communication cables, ensuring all connectors are properly seated and secured.
