Description

21504-00-12-10-02 is an 8 mm standard mount proximity probe from the 7200 series transducer system. This configuration features Option 00 (0.0 mm minimum unthreaded length), Option 12 (1.2 in case length), Option 10 (1.0 m total cable length), and Option 02 (miniature male coaxial connector). This probe is designed for use in non-contact displacement measurement systems, providing 80 mils (2 mm) of linear measurement range.

The 7200 series proximity transducer system operates on the eddy-current principle to measure both static and dynamic distances between the probe tip and a target. It is used in critical machinery monitoring applications, including shaft vibration, axial position, and rotor stability analysis on turbines, compressors, and pumps. This probe is compatible with 7200 series Proximitor sensors and can be integrated into existing monitoring architectures.

Features

  • 8 mm probe diameter with PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) tip construction for harsh environments
  • Option 10: 1.0 m integral coaxial cable length
  • Option 02: Miniature male coaxial connector for system interface
  • Option 00: 0.0 mm minimum unthreaded length
  • Option 12: 1.2 in case length
  • Compatible with 7200 series Proximitor sensors and monitoring systems
  • Designed for radial vibration, axial thrust, and eccentricity measurements

Applications

  • Radial vibration monitoring for bearing condition assessment
  • Axial thrust position measurement
  • Rotor stability and attitude angle determination
  • Measurement of vibration amplitude and phase angle for machinery diagnostics
  • Eccentricity measurement to detect rotor bow
