Installation Guidelines

• To prevent binding during installation, ensure the maximum length of thread engagement does not exceed the mechanical limit of 0.563 inches (14.3 mm).
• Employ a class matching external threads when tapping mounting holes, and secure the probe using a lock nut with safety wire holes if required by machinery vibrations.
• Route the FEP-insulated coaxial cable through a dedicated conduit to protect against physical wear, keeping the minimum permissible cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) in mind.
