Install the outer sleeve assembly into the machine case using thread sealant on the mounting thread (3/4-14 NPT). Adjust the probe gap within the housing using the probe sleeve locknut (torque to 39.3 N-m / 350 in-lb). Fasten the lid cover retaining nuts to 29.5 N-m (260 in-lb). Take standard industrial precautions to prevent external moisture from travelling through the conduit directly into the housing.
