Installation Guidelines

  • First Three Threads Torque: When engaging only the first three threads, the recommended torque is 7.5 N m (66 in-lb) with a maximum of 22.6 N m (200 in-lb).

  • Connector Installation: Secure the ClickLoc connectors by hand (finger tight). Do not use tools. Use the integrated fluorosilicone connector protector to isolate the connection from moisture and industrial fluids.
  • Temperature Limits: Operating range is -52 degC to +177 degC. Avoid sustained temperatures below -34 degC to protect the Viton O-ring pressure seal from degradation.
