Installation Guidelines

• Mounting: Use the built-in fixing holes (2 x 3.5 mm holes for M3 screws or 2 x 4.5 mm holes for M4 screws) to secure the module directly onto machine structures or aluminum profile systems.
• Environmental Protection: To maintain the IP65/66/67 rating, ensure all unused M8 and M12 sockets are covered with watertight protective caps. Tighten all connected cables to their designated torque rating.
• Grounding & Shielding: Connect the integrated grounding lug securely to the machine's functional earth potential to enhance shielding against EMC interference.
• Power Supply Routing: Confirm that the power supply source is rated for the cumulative load of the connected actuators, up to the maximum limit of 4 A.
