Installation Guidelines

• Limit thread engagement length to a maximum of 15 mm to prevent binding or mechanical interference during installation.
• Ensure that the minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) is maintained at all times during routing to prevent cable shield damage.
• Tighten the probe case to the recommended torque of 7.5 N-m (66 in-lbf). Do not exceed the maximum limit of 22.6 N-m (200 in-lbf).
• Connectors must be finger-tight only. Do not exceed the maximum connector torque rating of 0.565 N-m (5 in-lbf).
• Maintain a physical distance or utilize isolation brackets if electrical isolation is required between the probe body and machine housing.
