Installation Guidelines

• Thread the probe case manually into the mounting port to avoid cross-threading metric threads.
• Tighten the M10 x 1 threaded body to a maximum torque of 7.5 N-m (66 in-lb).
• Verify that the maximum thread engagement inside the machinery wall does not exceed 15 mm.
• Set the initial physical gap to 1.27 mm (50 mils) and confirm the gap voltage matches the system calibration curve (nominally -10 Vdc using a compatible Proximitor sensor).
• Observe a minimum cable bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) along the standard coaxial routing path.
