Installation Guidelines

• Recommended Torque: Tighten the M10 x 1 probe case to a maximum recommended torque of 4.5 N-m (40 in-lb).
• Thread Engagement: The maximum thread engagement length is 15 mm. Avoid exceeding this limit to prevent binding or mechanical damage.
• Cable Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum physical bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 inch) for the armored coaxial cable.
• Gapping Procedure: Gap the probe to approximately 1.27 mm (50 mils) or until the DC voltage at the Proximitor output reads approximately -10 V DC.
