This horizontal push-button extension mounts directly to the underside of multi-touch CP39xx Control Panels and CP32xx-1600 and CP37xx-1600 Panel PCs with mounting arm configurations.

The unit features industrial-grade control elements, including round 30 mm RAFI RAFIX 22FS+ push-buttons with integrated signal lamps and a high-visibility emergency stop button. It bridges physical hardware inputs and digital control networks by utilizing dual-path communication via USB and a standard 19-pin round connector. This layout ensures both standard control operations and safety-critical stop functions are routed reliably through appropriate channels.

• Mechanical Alignment: Secure the C9900-G050 directly to the lower edge of the compatible multi-touch panel housing using the supplied mounting hardware. Verify that seals are properly aligned to maintain ingress protection ratings.
• Cable Routing: Ensure that both the USB connection and the 19-pin round cable have sufficient strain relief and are routed away from high-voltage AC lines to prevent EMI noise on the signal lamp controls.
• Safety Grounding: Connect the ground terminals in accordance with standard industrial machine safety practices. The safety-critical emergency stop break contacts must be wired directly into a certified safety relay or safety PLC input module via the 19-pin interface.
