Installation Guidelines

• Mount the unit on standard 35 mm DIN rail or directly to a backpanel using the integrated mounting screw holes.
• Provide a minimum clearance of 50 mm above and below the PLC to maintain proper natural convection cooling.
• Ensure class-D grounding (grounding resistance of 100 ohms or less) using a dedicated grounding wire with a minimum cross-section of 2 mm squared.
• Route low-voltage signal lines (Ethernet, analog, and digital I/O) separately from high-voltage AC power wiring to prevent electromagnetic noise coupling.
