Installation Guidelines

• Keep connections clean and dry. Avoid over-tightening; the ClickLoc connectors require finger-tight torque only (the connectors will "click" when tight).
• Maintain a minimum bend radius of 50.8 mm (2.0 inches) for armored cable to prevent damage to the FEP coating and stainless steel sheath.
• Route extension cables through protective conduit if additional mechanical isolation is required outside the pre-installed armor.
• Seal outer connections using the connector protector sleeve to protect the connection from machine fluids and moisture.
