The PPS housing material replaces traditional metals, incorporating glass and conductive fibers to strengthen the assembly and dissipate electrostatic charges. Rated for Type 4X and IP66 environments, the housing protects the internal electrical components in severe environments. The internal probe consists of a 1-meter triaxial cable constructed with fluoroethylene propylene (FEP) insulation, terminating in a gold-plated ClickLoc connector. Integrating both probe and sensor together reduces installation steps and cabling costs on critical rotating machinery.
