Installation Guidelines

• Mounting Clearance: Install the PLC horizontally on a standard 35mm DIN rail. Maintain at least 50 mm clearance above and below the unit to ensure adequate ventilation.
• Grounding Requirements: Connect the ground terminal to an independent grounding point with a resistance of 100 ohms or less (Class D grounding). Do not share grounding lines with high-power equipment.
• Wiring Protection: Use appropriate terminal lugs and verify terminal block screws are torqued to the specified limits (0.5 to 0.8 N-m) to prevent loose connections.
• Shielding: Route high-voltage AC lines away from low-voltage DC input/output signals and communication cables to minimize electromagnetic interference.
